Not happy with your purchase? Let us know!
We will happily exchange and return items within 10 days from the date your order arrives. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase let us know prior to returning it. We will do our best to make this right for you. Our customers are of the utmost importance to us and each Golden Aesthetics piece is made with great attention to detail here in Los Angeles.
We will accept returns or exchanges on items that are returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact. If you wish to exchange the item, let us know what item/size you would like to exchange it for below – we are also always happy to make recommendations based on fit. Exchanges are subject to the item being available.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the return does not comply with our policy. For late returns after 10 business days we can only offer you a store credit.
To get started, please email orders@goldenaesthetics.com to let us know that we are to expect returned. Then fill out the Returns Form, print and attach this to your return.
